RON POBUDA

Ron Pobuda is an award-winning producer/director whose long career in broadcasting dates back to his teen years as an announcer for NBC in New York. Before founding National Audio Video in 1972, Mr. Pobuda was Executive Vice President of SPA, Inc. in New York City.

Over the past thirty years, National Audio Video, Inc. (NAV) has emerged as a primary supplier of continuing education programming to the major healthcare associations, to include the development of audio, video, CD-ROM and DVD libraries for medical societies maintained and serviced at its fulfillment center in Denver, Colorado; the development of self-study continuing education modules; and the creation of distance learning opportunities for adult learners.

When NAV expanded into the broadcast arena, Ron served in various capacities, including Executive Producer, for the following televised programs:

Ron was also a consultant to the Technology Committee of the Professional Convention Management Association and served on the Board of Directors of the Healthcare Marketing & Communications Council's Education Foundation. He is also a Past President of the International Society of Communications Specialists.

LINDA K. ALVERS, RN, MSN

Linda Alvers is Partner and Executive Vice President/CFO of National Audio Video, Inc., a New York-based multimedia production firm. With a background as a masters-prepared registered nurse having taught at the University of Evansville School of Nursing in Indiana, she moved to New York to work as Director of Continuing Education for National Audio Video before forming her own company.

In 1981, Linda founded National Nursing Network, Inc. NNN works with major specialty nursing organizations providing continuing education opportunities; maintaining audio, video, CD-ROM and DVD libraries; developing self-study continuing education modules, and creating distance learning opportunities for adult learners. Linda created several programs for various nursing journals and professional healthcare associations, many of which have been updated and are being used as recruitment tools for Schools of Nursing.

Linda's producing experience led to her involvement in several television productions as NAV expanded into broadcast and cable programming. She has written, produced and/or directed several shows for various networks, including:

LAURENCE A. CASO

Laurence A. Caso is currently Executive Vice President of Development & Production at National Audio Video, Inc. in New York. He recently was the Senior Producer of NAV's documentary, "Inside Baghdad", which ran in March, 2004 on The History Channel.

Mr. Caso began his television career in 1975 at CBS in Los Angeles, where he worked on the development of comedy and drama series. In New York, he held positions as Director of Special Programs (animation, cultural documentaries, variety, award shows, movies & mini-series) and Vice President of Daytime Programs (dramatic serials and game shows).

In 1988, Procter & Gamble hired him as Executive Producer of AS THE WORLD TURNS. While he produced over 1,700 episodes of that long-running CBS serial, the program received numerous awards, including the Daytime Emmy as Outstanding Drama Series, and the Editors Award for Lifetime Achievement from "Soap Opera Digest." Just prior to joining NAV, Inc., he also produced two seasons of DONNA'S DAY for the Jim Henson Company, which ran on the Hallmark Channel. That series was cited by the Associated Press on its annual "Ten Best Shows on Television" list.

Mr. Caso's education includes a Bachelor's degree at Syracuse University, where he majored in Television & Radio, and a Master's degree at Indiana University.

MICHAEL WILSON

Red Post senior editor Michael Wilson edits, writes, and/or produces a variety of programs for broadcast and corporate clients. Among his television credits is the award-winning World War II documentary "Onto Rugged Shores: Voyage of LST 534," and its follow-up, "The Return of LST 325," both of which aired on The History Channel. Michael also edited and co-produced an episode of Investigative Reports for the A&E network, as well as several documentaries for PBS. His most recent special, "Inside Baghdad," aired on The History Channel in 2004.

In addition to his television work, Michael has worked on a variety of corporate videos, training tapes, convention modules and medical programs for such clients as PepsiCo, Abbott Laboratories, Mobil Oil, Sprint, Iceland Seafood Corporation and the Associated Press. He has been with National Audio Video (Red Post's parent company) as staff editor and Director of Video Operations since 1990, and was instrumental in the design and installation of the Red Post facility.

Prior to joining NAV, Michael was a staff- and assistant editor at Araness Communications. There, he worked on numerous corporate projects and several documentaries for public television, including Intifada: The Palestinians and Israel. He was also a segment editor on the five-part PBS series, Seasons of Life, hosted by David Hartman.

Michael's editing and graphics skills include the Avid Symphony and Media Composer, Final Cut Pro, Adobe AfterEffects and Photoshop, as well as a wide range of analog video equipment. He graduated from New York University in 1986 with a BFA in Film and Television.

PETER ZUNITCH

Post Production Manager Peter Zunitch joined National Audio Video full-time in March of 2004, but his freelance history with the company dates back years earlier. In that time he has created numerous corporate videos, instructionals and image campaigns.

Primarily an editor, he has also worn the hats of a Cameraman/DP, Audio Recordist, and even Producer/Director on numerous projects in the film and television world. Peter has edited multiple television series, including "NY Crossroads" for PBS, "Egdewise" for MSNBC, and "Tilt 231/2" for PBS. His notable projects include such documentaries as "Fighting the Tide" (PBS) and assisting on "Inside Baghdad" (The History Channel); an after school special entitled "De La Salle"; several news segments shown on ABC, NBC and MSNBC; and the Telly Award winning "Environmentalists Under Fire" for Amnesty International & The Sierra Club.

Peter's background is highly technically based. He makes it a point to try and learn all aspects of the industry and it's tools, both in operation and in theory. He has edited with everything from 16mm film to Avid Symphony, utilizing many of today's advanced manipulation and compositing tools. He holds a BFA in Media Arts from Pratt Institute, and an Associates in Business from SUNY Farmingdale, with a concentration in Stage Lighting and Lighting design at SUNY Stony Brook.
